Red Cedar Student Homes is an initiative created by Chelsea Trousdell and Dave Mason. Both Chelsea and Dave taught English in Taiwan in 2006 and 2007, Chelsea is currently an artist and student here in Vancouver, while Dave works for an adventure travel company and as an English teacher for language students. The two have traveled extensively and have lived in a number of different countries, and know what it’s like to live in a new city. Both are committed to creating a real place for students to live and experience Vancouver, - one that is comfortable, clean, social, stylish and welcoming. They want to do this partly because they feel there is a need for better accommodation for international students, but more importantly because they want students to fully enjoy themselves here in our beautiful city.

We offer comfortably furnished rooms in a clean and safe house. Your roommates are fun and respectful international students. We currently have two homes. One is located at 12th and Main, and the other at 25th and Cambie.
Our rooms range from $650/mo for a great student room with a single bed, to a fully furnished large master room with ensuite washroom for $1100/mo.
